decent location and very friendly staff. helpful and very kind
very basic hotel, the breakfast is catered to the local style which is not bad, but dont expect an international buffet

I have already emailed customer services and I am awaiting a reply. The hotel is a disgrace and needs total refurbishment. I booked for 2 days but on my first night in the morning at 8am the aircon stopped working along with a number of lights and electrical outlets making it impossible to use bathroom, wifi, tv, kettle and room very hot. I went to reception but had to use stairs as lift inoperative. Reception said technical problem would take 40 minutes to fix. 4 hours later still no power. I checked out at 1 pm and manager agreed in writing that I would not be charged. The power was still not on when I checked out.

Location
Old hotel need renovation, our Jacuzzi is not working and very dirty, considering we paid a lot for a deluxe room. Price is unreasonable, no wonder there are very few occupancy.
