decent location and very friendly staff. helpful and very kind
very basic hotel, the breakfast is catered to the local style which is not bad, but dont expect an international buffet

Good value. Great place near SM Mall, practically door to door. Good staff. Good food. Great backyard with amazing garden, shacks & pool.
Wifi only in lobby not rooms. Rooms could use more cleaning! Carbets are dirty. The cups & coffee maker are dirty! Tv is archaic! I can't believe they didn't update to flat tvs yet! Bathroom doesn't have water washing tubes! You have to use a ladle or a bucket! Aircon could use an upgrade.
